To many people, a refinance or a new purchase can seem like a black hole of uncertainty and frustration. And it can be. My goal is to use my experience to take something that can be difficult, and streamline it so that you, my client, gets the best. I try to help you obtain an understanding of the process and the choices that are available for your situation. I liken myself to a teacher of a foreign language. If you had some language training in high school you are miles ahead of those that haven't. Same is true in this area. I try to pick up from where your knowledge is, and bridge that to where we want you to be so that you are the one choosing what's best for you. As a mortgage broker I have the menu of options available for any situation, and I try to help you decide which program will best match your goals and situation. I have over 150 programs for you to try on to find a perfect match for where you are and what you are trying to do. Other lenders will try to take you and stuff you into a program that doesn't fit you well. Obviously, we can pretty quickly identify what will probably work best for you. Out there in this big, bad world there are those that will try to take advantage of you and soak you for what they can. I operate on a different philosophy. "Under promise and over deliver." I am a huge advocate of referrals. I recognize that if you have a good experience with me, you will want your mother and neighbor to also come to me where they will be taken care of. I am also a reality check individual. If the truth hurts, "I'm sorry." I'm tired of people that will say "yes, yes, yes" and then when the closing time comes the loan doesn't happen.
